  the detail is..in the day we arrive, we ask to pay the excatly amount and we found out have some problem so they change the amount and we all agree so we rent it...but when we retuen, they said the amount is wrong, we should pay more.. when i see the price detail,they are right and the girl who in charge our case is a new staff ..we should forgive so that we pay by the way.. they just get the difference back...

  The minus side will be the car return to airport. Long term car park is pretty far from T1 terminal and inconvenient for family with luggage. We decided to return it at short term car park with additional cost ($20).

  car is good...is clean...staff is nice...but we have problem of the payment.. the price was told to pay is different when we return the car..so that we need to pay more when we return the car. but its fine if u check the receipt clearly.

  but i want to say is.. if i know the price in the first day we arrive,we wont rent it...we just rent it because we think the price is so cheap.I never imagine thats can be wrong..this is our first time to rent a car so we totally dont know what the reasonal price is..so dont find any problem when we was told the price in the first day..
