  Atrium Restaurant for lunch with a group is amazing. There is so much choice in dishes that I defy anyone not to be able to find something they enjoy. Food was well cooked and presented and the table service for drinks and water was impeccable. The only issue I had was the non-inclusion of barista coffee. In this day and age when most coffee drinks have their own machine, why not include this? It would certainly compliment their selection of sweets.

  It was a lovely afternoon with the family. All the staff in and outside the crown were amazing and very helpful and always smiling. It makes the outing with family from the UK happy and say Perth is just beautiful. So thank you for making our Sunday so special.

  Very nice place to visit. I went to eat at Rockpool with my friends. Initial service felt a bit intimidating and we were asked for a tip by someone who didn't serve us. Food was lovely there I had an aged rib eye steak and it was lovely. Over all great place to catch up with friends.

  Attached is a photo of the vacant parking spot that I was told was definitely going to be used... It remained vacant my entire short visit to the Towers.

  Spending $2500 on staff gift packages, I pulled up to the Towers to pick up the vouchers and was told by a valet person wasn't allowed to park for 5 minutes to pick them up. I was sent to park on the street. After walking all the way back to the Towers, I was instructed to walk to the Rewards desk at the Metropol.

  Crown is a great location these days, the attached restaurants are first class (Nobu being a highlight) and the rooms are first class. Slightly older but maintains a good feel. We were impressed by the room service, found out one of the restaurants provided...no surprise was great. Pool is crowded. They sell day passes so its more than just hotel users which makes it a worse feel.
