  Decided to try Silks as we thought it would be a quality restaurant, what a joke. It was at about 10% capacity and we had to wait to be attended to by staff who appeared like they couldn't be bothered only to be told we would have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for a table for two ?? Eventually we were seated by staff who were not very informative about the menu items and the menu is not very descriptive either. We felt like we were being treated like second class citizens by the staff who were so far up themselves. The meal was ordinary for the price paid. Save your money, there are far better dining experiences in Perth.

  Food was good. Felt really disappointed with the lack of service. For a high end restaurant, feel like this was almost piss poor. Asked for a coffee/dessert menu, waited 25 minutes and it never came. With the amount of staff standing around, did not know where we sat in the food chain. Would not recommend to friends nor is it worth the money you pay for a top quality restaurant.

  Must say what a disappointing experience this restaurant was compared to all the other high end restaurants in Perth which we regularly visit. From the very start you could tell that the staff were disinterested and inattentive. I had to ask for a new drink every time for myself and my wife with the final nail in the coffin having to ask for the waiter to come back and wipe down the table after the plates were collected. The food was good to great but you can get far better value in many other restaurants in Perth or at the Crown for that matter. I had heard great things but also that it had gone down in recent times and now I can see why. Even when I told the waitress as I paid that the service was horrible she merely says “I’ll let management know” in really robotic and nonchalant way. I would not recommend at all.

  Terrible service, our waiter did not show any manners and appeared to be frustrated and annoyed. Food is average and definitely overpriced. There are definitely better places in Perth to visit than this restaurant. The food also took extremely long to come out, especially dessert. Overall, I would not come back to silks.
